I am too bugged by the racist or sometimes sexist comments. I am mostly bugged about it because people start attacking each other rather than talking about basketball; this is not the place for that. But I am mostly bugged about "this player is the worst", "this one is the best" type of approach. For example saying "Sengun is the best player", what does that even have anything to do with anything? You can say something like, "he is great at center and will be very useful for Houston many years to come, here is my reasoning..." or "he is not what we need, we need a taller center or whatever"; the moment you state he is the best or the worst, you automatically start some kind of a 3rd grade competition mentality, kinda like my balls are bigger than yours. Noone has to be the best to be useful to the team. That kind of approach leads to pissing contest, and people move away from talking about basketball. Finally, we don't all have to agree with each other. Why are we trying to inflict our ideas to other people? Say it once, maybe twice, then move on. Everyone is free to believe whatever they choose to believe.
