We need vets who will build and pass along a winning culture. Udoka and FVV are not enough.

Gotta up that ratio to clean up the soup stained walls.

I watched the preseason game closely and Uncle Jeff unfortunately showing his age, pretty slow on his feet and had several defensive lapses.

However just like Dillon Brooks he is more of a "character" signing, you bring him in to add mental toughness to the team and say hey, no more divas on the team everyone tries hard on D. He is also one of the guys who can be the "enforcer", gave a couple of hard fouls on the Pells esp when he got beat in defense. He is also extremely versatile, he can play 4 positions and was actually used as the backup C before Tate went in. At least now when Dillon Brooks gets ejected due to his antics we still have Unc Jeff to provide some vet presence.

Overall a decent signing although just like our other FA signings he is Def overpaid at 8M per year. But again Rox dotn have anywhere to spend it the next 3 yrs so w/e.

    My grade: B

Jeff Green's game is aging like fine wine.

21-30 years old, 11.4 FGA on TS 52.6%

31-37 years old (current), 7.5 FGA on TS 60.5%.

I honestly feel like he would have been a fringe all-star If he had found Mike D'Antoni earlier on in his career. So talented even today.

I really like him as a person on the court.

always happy, always smiling. People underrate how much impact that has on team morale. Oh and he‘s also very good at finishing at the rim
