For **** sake, though, Craig, you're the ****ing voice of the Rockets, you think maybe you could learn to pronounce VanVleet's name correctly? How ****ing hard is that?
Solid win, that was beautiful, defensively we went after them like crazy. Did wish the 3rd stringers could've kept that lead above 30, but only so much you can do when even Boban shoots a 3 and tried to do some Olajuwon type move.
silas would bench sengun because he thought he wasn't good enough on defense. silas truthers would parrot this idea despite sengun not being that bad on defense and the rest of his teammates being doo doo garbage. (Dillion calling out JG and Bari for bad defense) this idea was so prevalent in the fandom, people out here were thinking Rockets had to trade sengun because he just couldn't be trusted to play regular defense. Ime game 6 has got Sengun, Dillon and FVV as defensive anchors. Sengun has pretty much out classed every center he has played against (im counting Wemby. we almost had him) imagine Sengun if he had 3 years of regular coaching.
Lol truthers.....90% of you were all jubilant when Silas was signed .... you can go back..... Great thing I never participated.
Udoka doing God’s work out here I’m starting to like this effort of coaching and play Dare I say, let’s go win the Vegas Cup Lol
Why? Players develop and evolve. As you recalled Silas challenged him to play better defense. He responded to the challenge and we see the growth in his 3rd year.
Sengun asked Silas to bully him. Infant Sengun told his coach (silas) to coach him harder because he wasn't being taught anything. Sengun was probably wondering why he was always getting benched. Silas challenged Sengun because it was SENGUN who asked for it. Dumbass Silas then went on to have a different set of rules for Sengun while letting everyone else do whatever.. Silas was so bad I cant even understand it. how did he even get the job?
Been trying to tell these fools he ain't playing for a reason cause there is no reason for Ime not to play him unless he isn't doing something that he requires.
Just remembering and enjoying the memories from last night. The way the whole team went after Huerter was pretty great. And Sengun was straight up stunting on Sabonis.
Props to Aaron Holiday for being a steady backup PG presence so far. I thought we might be in trouble when Amen went down, but Holiday has put in some really good minutes.
