Outside of a couple bad defensive plays in the third he was rock solid. Made Sabonis look like a scrub
Yep! There are a few people on my ignore list who will have to learn the love the guy or find a new team.
Too bad it was a 40 point blowout at the end of the 3rd otherwise he was going for that 25-12-15 statline lol.
. It would be a shame because everyone knows if he is not at least 7' he will never amount to anything.
The only question is how close to Jokic will he end up being? His trajectory is very close up to this point. We still have no idea what his ceiling will be. Sad thing is he was good enough to do this last year if Silas would of handed him the keys from January 2022 until the end of the season.
To be fair, it was the route haters chose because they didn’t like the jokic comparison. It was more or less obvious he would be better than sabonis, just not clear by how much or if he would be closer to jokic. edit: just read @cml750 after posting!
I agree but do not believe he is a nice guy. Actions speak louder than words. He marginalized Sengun at every opportunity other than a couple of weeks stretch last January. .
Pour a drink for @hakeem94, before his/her descent into madness and banishment, he/she was right about sengun all along about silas incompetent handling of sengun from the getgo. I'm glad we finally have a coach that recognize sengun greatness and utilize him properly
I should give sabonis credit too. They did not need to double Sengun. That doesn’t happen quite often.
