And this is a case where he has already been found guilty and he has a chance to plead his case but he cant get out of his own way, just think what a real trial will be like, I think we're seeing a preview at why he wants to delay, he is his own worst enemy, he REALLY does believe he is above the law. Kick this witness to the curb and throw the book at him where it hurts, his so called "brand" and his wallet.

Is it possible to throw the book at their family again and again?

What's the penalty for perjury in NY civil cases?

Could it possibly just be that we have a different bias on how you see things vs how I see things?

Agree that I don't want public figures to change their behavior over death threats. We just need to vigorously pursue and prosecute threateners, and provide enough security so that judges can faithfully execute their duties. Maybe easy for me to say, though, since no one is sending me death threats.

But the judge also has to be thinking about how every action he takes will be seen by appellate and even Supreme Court judges. If he is too rigorous in protecting his court from Trump's efforts to bully it, it might give a higher court --maybe one with MAGA hopes -- an excuse to rationalize their intervention. I don't envy the judge his role in all this.

If you actually believe that tweet, then you don't look at the facts and judge for your own narrative. I simply look at facts and judge on my own, I don't get my news or views from twitter.........if you post a maga tweet, then I have to assume that is your narrative and hey that's fine, but that's an alternate reality. I get it, you're the maga kind of crowd and everything bad that happens to trump you will defend and twist what actually happened

Based on what you have seen what is your honest expectation of this trial, what outcome would you say is just and fair?

They've been under Trump's spell for too long to understand reality anymore. Weak minds are easy to manipulate by a master manipulator weaving his web of deceit.

Shown a black square, you are are saying that you chose to believe that it is a white square ... as an alternative fact in your multi-verse.

Fact: Trump has already lost this case. We are in the part of the trial to determine how bad a loss this will be for Trump. The judge will determine Trump's NY business fate. And what does **** for Brains Trump do? He is personally insulting the judge ... to his face ... in his court. Don't be surprised when the judge puts Trump Inc into receivership and has all his assets sold on the county court steps ... for fire sale prices ... which is a fraction of the appraised value ... which is a fraction of a fraction of the asset valuations bouncing around the Criminal in Charge's hollow head.

You posted a Truth Social that Trump is showing what is what in the trial. This is delusional.

Before he left the courtroom, Judge Enrogon instructed Trump not to discuss the case over the break. It’s a test for him to keep those lips zipped for a full hour.

So this is what you think will happen? Or what should happen? I'm just want to be clear so that when we do have results of the outcome we can discuss whether this was a fair trial or not. It seems to me like you have already decided guilty but not sure what the damages will be. If guilty with few damages will you still be content or feel unfairness from the judge?

Some have speculated that Trump would try to get Judge Enrogon angry today and then use that as a basis for a mistrial.

He has already been found guilty... this trial is only to determine what additional penalty he will face.
