You're misunderstanding what I am writing. I have adhd. Got kicked out of elementary school. There was no screen for it back then. There was no drug. I was just poorly behaved. Is it hard for me to operate in a corporate world? Yes. Do I take drugs for that. No. Because I don't see it as a disease - too many people have it for it to be a disease or "condition" - it's only a condition because of our modern society.

My point is isn't that your struggles aren't real or you shouldn't get treatment. My point is that it's not you who has issue but rather modern society.

I did not have screens growing up - nor did my parents allow me to watch television on school nights even unless it was all together as a family.

Yet I had ADHD. It's not a "disorder" that manifests itself because of screen time or whatever but rather a "disorder" only because humans were never designed to sit in a classroom for 8 hours a day.
