lol what’s all this positivity for Jalen when most of y’all casted him away? Not sure where you stand before this game but so many positive posts for him all of a sudden.

 

They never knew what they’re talking about. The numbers show it. You don’t just get into the paint at that frequency without talent and ability. That’s not something every player can do. Lol

 

You can't really see from the box score yet how his game is changing...but it is. He is playing much more within himself and the offense. The points will come. He played great tonight, that's why all the positivity.

Funny tho because his work and effort and skill has been there all along backed by numbers. Again, look at the paint scoring and fouls on him in the paint. Those numbers are elite. People on here seem to think anyone can do it. Well guess what not everyone can do it. He isn’t scoring as much because the dynamic has changed. Let’s see how he adjusts and where this team goes.

 

I am warming to Tate, but he needs to learn how finish at the rim.

If he can do that, I am onboard.

 

I know Jalen has been struggling on offense, which seems weird, since overall our offense has been so much more coherent. But I've just got the feeling that he's going to adjust to the new system and explode, sooner rather than later.

 

Oh ok...

 

People have had plenty of reason to be down on him in the past. He's always had the freaky athleticism, but he was prone to bad shot selection, low effort defense and minimal passing. Under Udoka it seems to be trending in the right direction. The sky is the limit for him.

 

I'm not saying that the young players shouldn't take the minutes for "experience" but I dont think any playoff or championship contending team depend on "youngins" to lead them to the playoffs...Need a good mix imo

 

3 offensive boards right out of the gate

 

What a game. Even after that poor shooting in 3rd quarter we held together and made the right plays.
Everyone was playing well, even Jalen whos shots didnt fall made the right plays in the 4th quarter.

This team is growing man, we are so lucky to have Udoka as coach...

 

loved this game. Bari starting hot and stayed involved, Brooks just being a bully, Alpi w/ the stealth killer game. **** was fun.

 

That's the jam.
