There is no other way to eliminate Hamas. Every single child's death is on Hamas. You playing armchair Mother Teresa does not change that.
There absolutely are other ways to eliminate Hamas. You work to incentivize the Palestinians to do it themselves. It may take more incentives to do it than previously, but is the security of Israeli families worth it? The US killed fewer children in Fallujah in more than 7 months than have been killed in Gaza in less than one month. Stop making excuses. It isn't wrong to be against both, Hamas terrorists and the death of more than 2000 children who aren't combatents.

Absolutely not. Try reading again. I took numbers and cut them by 1/3. I did that even though they are historically within 5% accurate. But I didn't reduce any numbers by just 5%.I reduced by more. So even at the lowest amount it is still more than 2000 innocent children killed in less than one month. Apparently, you are okay with that number. Therin lies the problem and why Israel will not win a lasting security. And that sucks for the innocent Israelis and the innocent Palestinians who are just pawns in this idiotic game.

I do blame Hamas 100% for starting this war. But Israel chooses the methods of reprisal they use. They should and can find other ways to retaliate.
The Arab countries are using this conflict to re-align with Russia. it must be easier to deal with Russia and Putin who will let them be corrupt than the US who would want them to be just.
When I’ve been bored I’ve been rewatching The Expanse and was watching a scene that shows why the Expanse is one of the best shows of recent years. I’m not spoilering this because it’s been out a few years. in season 5 a radical faction of Belters launches a massive terrorists attack on Earth killing billions. There is a debate among the Earth government about a response back. It is decided to start targeting stations in the belt that have large populations. Others in the debate point out that this will lead to the deaths of many civilians and will just confirm the radicals argument that Earth is against all Belters. One general says that is the fault of the radicals for hiding out among civilians. If you change “belter” to “Palestinian” that debate would be almost exactly like what we are hearing now.
There’s that, also that has long been policy of the PRC. I think Russia views this less as an opportunity to gain allies but more as a distraction from Ukraine and a chance to sow more chaos among the rest of the globe.
the Gaza Ministry of Health is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hamas. you can't take anything they say at face value, particularly casualty figures. they are, quite literally, propaganda, and propaganda which you propagate when you post their numbers here.
The numbers of the Ministry of Health are historically within 5% of the actual numbers. I don't trust the numbers of them at face value. I greatly cut them. It is entirely reasonable to believe thousands of innocent children have been killed in this offensive. You can try and rationalize that way, but it doesn't really change anything.
