Imo that behind the backboard shot was bad bball iq. He should have passed the ball.

Fun fact: "The refs don't call FTs in the playoffs" rule applied to James Harden and seemingly James Harden alone, the only superstar in recent memory to have his Free Throw rate tank routinely come April and May.

whoever told jalen green he doesn't have to jump 30 feet in the air for his open 3s, good tip.

Armoni Brooks made 5 out of 6 3s today. Wondering what was DD's opinion about him?

Jimmy Butler literally dragged the heat to two finals foul baiting the entire time. Giannis won a championship shooting 15 free throws in the finals

I don’t get the Landale hate. He’s active, boxes out, sets good screens. I call him Aussie Hartenstein. Doesn’t look smooth, but has positive impact.

No, Tate has atleast 4 more years. He is a solid bench player on any good team that values hustle.

This is a really, really, really strange thing to say.

Considering we witnessed year after year with Harden the exact opposite.

Alpy's development is incredible, dude is not a legitimate two way player. Still needs to crash the boards a little harder but wow. If shots fall like they were falling tonight, in spite of some of the defensive lapses, with Alpy playing like this, this team has massive potential. Ime really is that dude

Regarding Jalen's efficiency, the main culprits right now are his shots from 3-10 feet, which comprise about a fifth of his shot attempts so far this season. Last season he shot 40% on those attempts, not great, but not destroying his overall efficiency. This season he's shooting 23% so far. So the floaters, close-range jumpers, etc are not going in.

He's shooting 63% at the rim and 35% from three which are both fine.

He was shooting 23% from 3 in 3 games, one game has him up to 35% does not mean that much.

34% was about his shooting in previous years.

It's a small sample size, you can't read that much into it. I'm just pointing out what the numbers say so far.

That is what I am saying, I go with the larger segment and that he is not a good or consistent shooter yet.

Alpe also shot 100% from 3 on 1 attempt......I am not reading into it or his average.

The problem was and will be bench shooting above all.
