Correct, scoring more points improve your efficiency.

The rule book is the same in the playoffs as it is in the regular season.

Last year: Curry's free throw rate was 20% higher in the playoffs, Giannis downn a bit, Durant up 17%.

The truth is, its all over the place. Refs "calling the game different" is made up nonsense people just like saying.

It isn't relevant, there are numerous other statistics are are more useful in quantifying efficiency.

What a strange game. I'm glad they won, but this was closer than the final score would suggest. The difference was the three pointers. They bailed the Rockets out tonight, but it's a very different game if they don't go at a 57% clip. Glad to get a win, but make no mistake this team has a LONG way to go. Still nice to see a good shooting effort and get the win. I'll take it!

    Ok I’ll hear you out.

Jalen Green is currently averaging 17 PPG FG 40% 3PT 25% and FT 84%

Do you consider these to be efficient numbers?

Quantify them with any advanced metric that you wish.

    No, I don't.

    However, he was efficient....tonight.

Yeah Im worried about Jalens shooting. Its starting ot be concerning. I thought thought he would take a leap in efficiency this year.

I’ll give him some credit. He played much better in clutch time today than he did against the Spurs.

Yea I’m definitely disappointed with how he looks right now.

It’s still early though. He might turn it around.

He needs to get stronger so he can be more efficient in the paint. That's his game. I think we will be lucky if his prime is 36% from 3

How about we “quantify them” with 4 games, instead of 3.

    He’s currently averaging 19.3 PPG FG 40% 3PT 35% and FT 89.5%

    This doesn’t change my viewpoint.

40% from the field is bad. 35% 3PT is average. Great free throw shooting though.

He needs to be better if we want to win

He statpadded 4 free throws at the end. Happy for his stats but I would remove them if you want to grade his efficiency for the night

Cool, now remove any last second heaves, or behind the basket shots because a foul is not called.

I don't think he heaved any tonight and that behind the basket shot was a poor decision. Refs aren't gonna bail a player out for being in that position in the first place

He needs to stop doing **** like that and play more under control. That was ridiculous. Overall he had a nice game tonight though.
