This is good. Thought they had dumped Hinton in favor of Hudgins. Samuels over Days is ok, I guess. He had really good G League numbers but they never translated to the NBA in his limited time here. Sometimes wonder if they just happened to see him while scouting Tari or something.

Hey, we’ve got Nostradamus’s descendant, or Miss Cleo’s illegitimate offspring!
After the nightmare night of the Astros, at least I can relax, knowing the future of our Rockets is assured!

Glad to see Williams on the roster. I think with given time and development he could turn out to be a consistent NBA player.

I didn't know much about him until recently, but I see he was called up to Portland after spending less season in the G league, his rookie year, and shot 61.5% from the field and 37.5% on 3-pointers while averaging over 10 ppg in the final 5 games of the season. Those are good numbers for a rookie. Plus, he has good size for a guard.

@BimaThug I don't think its all about the money. Most likely this was a coach move..

I'm confused. I thought his name was Jeenathan Williams.

I'm not sure what he's talking about, but I'm pretty confident Stone doesn't know what he's doing either....

How about we call Jeenathan "Nathan" to distinguish him from Nate Hinton? But glad for the name redundancy-- like both of 'em.

Bima has a habit of not answering questions inside the threads he starts, instead choosing to answer questions via quoted reply.

    here’s his answer

Yeah this just looks like grave incompetence. I would’ve kept Hudgins or Days over Hinton easily.

It’s OK. It’s likely the same word Bima would use in RocketsWatch, albeit earning a chuckle from Dave.

@BimaThug does it look like a rolling stone from where you stand?

It's an elaborate scheme by the front office to sneak an extra player onto the roster. The sixteenth man is always called Nate or Nathan no matter his real name.

His play propelled him past the kept players in the past 48 hours.
