    Are you sure about the 9:40 time?

    Sports is usually one of the last segments on Fox 26 and 9:40 seems unusual.

    Raptors GM: "Yes, we are very interested in Hakeem. He is one of the greatest centers to ever play the game. He would make a great addition to our team. Along with Carter and Davis we feel he could make us a championship caliber team."

    I started reading just after seeing a post an bskball.com's web site. I was searching for info a few days after the Franchise trade, and found the Mother of fan web site's, ClutchCity.net.

    Grunwald - Said , It will be a great honor to have hakeem in Toronto. We would love to have a player his caliber. Also they will do sign and trade if it had to come down to that. He said its in hakeems hands now.

    Rudy - Said he wants him a rocket, management did a good job offering more. Shows that we want him to be a rocket.

    Les - We want the best player in houston rocket history back. We gave him a great offer and its in his hands to do it now. We want him back really bad.

    Wasn't the Launch pad, either the pre or post game Rockets report a few of years ago? I think Kevin Eschler was the host.

    Sounds like the Rockets are working the PR game. They are saying things like "its in Hakeem's hands now." This way if he does not sign the fans will not go ballistic.

    If it's not about PR, then Houston should renounce Shandon, and Sign Hakeem to 2 years, 15M.

    Why stop there? Why not Sign Hakeem to 2 years for 20M? Retaining Shandon is value added (as a bench player or trade bait), giving Hakeem extra money is not.
