Seriously I have never seen another coach blow leads like Sark has.

 

Well this is not a team that’s going to do well in the playoffs. Maybe it’s a good thing we prob won’t make it.

 

OU pulled the same s!!t today. Lot of games left, curious how Maalik changes the offense while Ewers is out.

Defense cannot play great attacking football and then all of the sudden go soft. It's been a bad idea every time they've done it this season.

Sark has to, as somebody called it, stop "getting cute" on offense.

 

Agreed on Sark getting cute. He's got a dynamite RB who can control the game and a top tier QB; the game plans should be pretty easy against UH.

I have no idea how Murphy will do, but boy oh boy will there be calls for Arch if he struggles at all.

 

You have an "NFL" OL and about 5 "NFL" position players...if that's not a setup for success as a 1st-timer QB I dunno what is

I'm not a Sark fan, I don't think he's a very good coach, but Texas has so much talent they can overcome it. Credit to his recruiting for that, but his play calling is downright goofy at times. I like Ewers. Hope he's okay.

 

It’s pretty remarkable that you have all this talent on offense yet AD Mitchell had the same number of receptions at our punter. Credit to UH defense but the offense just inexplicably stalls time after time.

 

Sounds like Ewers is gonna miss some time. Load the OL with the best run blockers and let the backs go to work. Can’t afford to get into shootouts with this defense.

Edit: Rumor is grade II shoulder separation. Apparently season ending is true.

 

I will just assume from now on that any close games won by UT-Austin, against a heavy underdog, are referee aided.

I kinda knew that anyway. Yesterday solidified it.

Sounds like Ewers is out at least 3-4 weeks. Super excited to see what Murphy can do when he gets a lot of called passes. Dude has a cannon. Hoping he can get in a grove and we can get more consistent long ball threats.
