If he's willing to sign an extension then he's worth a 2nd rd pick. Anderson/Collins/Wilkins in FA/Hunter. With Horton/Greenard/Hinish/Ridgeway as depth pieces. Sign me up for this.
Idk about giving up a 2nd when greenard is playing great and we can just sign him out right in the off-season. It is very tempting tho
MF'erfs didn't offer him the 5th year option but they expect another f'ing organization to give them an F'ing 2nd round pick? 5th rounder and a 6th round swap.
I'll do it for a 5th round pick. This is his final year, no way around it. Other than that, just wait for FA.
I don't see anyone giving up a 2nd rd pick given his injury history and already a third of the season gone. I mean this is pathetic...
I like this idea, but not the resources we would shell out... https://www.nflanalysis.net/houston-texans-trade-for-carolina-panthers-brian-burns-in-bold-proposal/ Instead, I would try to offer them Greenard and either a 3rd or 4th round 2024 pick. Burns is 25 and Greenard is 26, so they get a solid replacement and someone they can resign more reasonably than Burns. The article suggests a 1st and 3rd, which maybe a team in the upper echelon may offer if they believe he can be resigned within their cap.
If Available I would give up a 2024 1st and a 2025 3rd for Adams. This is a deal I wouldn't make. I would sign Burns/Hunter etc... in FA though. I would look at trading for Carolina LB Luvu though.
