Scoot looks like he is going to be a turnover machine.

    I'm glad we didn't get him. Amen will likely have a better career.

    there were same reactions for Jalen. Easy. Those are the kids in the NBA. Scoot is gonna be great but so is gonna be Amen.
    PS. Always preferred Amen due to the size, length and athleticism. I didn't buy shot will be a problem

    Turnovers are rarely the thing that stopped star players.............it is not even a thing past star players were worried about fixing.....

    First there are Wemby haters, now there are Henderson haters, maybe hate everyone outside of this city.

    I don't understand the hate for him, he is an NBA rookie in preseason. Give him time.

    Before this recent stretch, it had been a while since we had top 5 picks so I was wondering if talking **** about all the other top picks that we didn't end up with was an essential part of the experience? Asking for a friend.

    Scoot's too talented and too damn driven to fail, and DD doesn't like him which tells us Henderson will be the goods.

    So the criticism is he had a few turnovers too many against a Top contender with ball thieves?

    Yawn.

    This **** talking on CF around Scoot and Wemby is just copium. People are upset and in their feelings and rather than admit it and try to process their emotions in a healthy way, they want to talk **** about 19 year olds anonymously behind a keyboard.

    Too early to say stuff like this. I still prefer Amen over Scoot, but that doesn’t mean Scoot can’t have a good career

    Got it in one. Let's take a look at the turnover "leaderboards" from last season and see what some of the names are on there:

    Bold = Former All-Star
    Italics = Former All-NBA
    Underline = Former MVP

    1. Trae Young
    2. Anthony Edwards
    3. Russell Westbrook
    4. Jordan Poole
    5. Nikola Jokic
    6. Giannis Antetokounmpo
    7. Jaden Ivey
    8. Luka Doncic
    9. Domantas Sabonis
    10. Joel Embiid

    Of course he's going to have turnovers, especially as a rookie. Doesn't mean he won't be an impact player.

    Funny thing is, for the past two seasons, some people are trashing Green and Smith in order to prop up Mobley and Banchero.

    Probably true to a degree but those 2 names do not need any prop ups.....those 2 are major talents.

    Depends how many efficient scoring possessions are generated (assists and points). Most of the guys on that list I posted averaged over 7 assists, over 25ppg, or both. I expect Scoot to fall into the "both" category in his prime, if he stays healthy.

    Mostly it was because there were some pre-draft aspiration for Mobley and Banchero. These people keep want to "prove" that they were right that Mobley is better than Green and Banchero is better than Smith. In doing so, they have to be negative about Jalen and Jabari to prove their points.

    This year is different. Wemby and Scoot were both consensus top picks. So there aren't that much "proving" to be pushed.
