    Let Landale get healthy. We have time to find another back up big. Healthy Landale can bang and defend good enough for now. Hopefully he will be good by November.

    So the Rockets base their free agency decisions on one pre-season game?

    What about the game against the Pelicans when the Rockets shut down arguably one of the stronger front courts (Zion/Valanciunas) in the league?

    Would still take a shot on him over Boban or any of our 2 way players.

    The LAST of his concerns is weed. I hope you realize this lol.

    I haven't paid much attention to your takes lately sadly because they've morphed from one of the most passionate Rockets fans into attention-seeking but I just hope you have that same energy with Jalen Green when it comes to potential, athleticism, and Ime's impact.

    I'd take Boban 100 days out of 100 vs Kai Jones for this young team. Kai is loose in the head man. The Rockets are building their team COUNTING on some of (not all) Sengun, Green, Smith, Amen becoming All-Star plus players (list in no particular order). They need players to help that process not guys like Kai to take away from that. Kai is worst than Stromile Swift which is THE example of why athleticism alone isn't enough to succeed in the NBA.

    He is tall and somewhat talented and the team needs size. He offers much more upside than Hinton or the Villanova kid as a 2 way contract. Good call DD, as people on this site don’t seem to understand we have to play 7-6 Wembly who just scored 38 points 5 more times this season. Size matters in the NBA.
