interesting that twice when asked about the poor run game, DeMeco has said the run blocking has been good, the backs just aren't hitting their holes.
Honestly, I'd like to see Singletary get more runs. The guy was averaging 4.6 YDS per carry the last 2 years before coming here.
Agree. I mean he's had only 2 runs over 10 yards in 5 games, of 13 and 15 yards. I'm never confident with him rushing in for the TD in the Red zone either, with 2 or 3 yards to go. His only TD was 1 yard. I want to see him get on fire, but right now I have no less faith in Singletary than Pierce.
This is bringing back Oilers days. Tim Wilson would lead Earl Campbell on many of his between the tackles runs. There is some question whether Earl had trouble recognizing the holes as they developed and preferred to just make his own. But a lead back who did recognize the developing play helped Earl maximize his performance. If I remember this right. it might indicate a two back set might help the running game. I know one of the Scouting threads called a two back set a variation of a two TE set which is part of the Shannahan system.
Has he been breaking tackles this season? Ever since he lost weight, he seems to taken down a lot easier.
I would've went to Gaza, at least there is a defined enemy and Israel has some hot chicks. Why do you think Harden is trying to leave so bad?
