F#$% that. I'd rather the Astros keep Dusty than for the Astros to not win the World Series. P.S. Dusty drives me crazy sometimes.
I think you are reading more into what I wrote than was intended. Montgomery pitched last night and from what was in your post it sounded like you thought that changed the number of games the Astros needed to win against them. It will be easier if they win 2 games against Eovaldi/Montgomery, but winning 1 of those remaining games and the 3 against their other starters is a viable path to the Astros winning the series in my opinion. I agree with the rest of the post which is why I didn’t quote that.
Astros in ALCS 4-2 series record. When the Astros win game #2 we've taken the series (3-0) Houston wins today to tie the series then they have a great chance of taking it still. If we can force a game #6 then history has shown we either win the series or force a game #7. Win today.... win at least 1 of game 3 or 4 and we're right where we've been before. I'll try to watch as much as possible of today's game. Hope the team can bounce back. I feel the Astros are the better team but the Rangers are very hot and confident right now. Can't afford another dud like yesterday.
