In hindsight, people love asking how the Holocaust could have happened while the whole world watched?

    You're about to find out.

    Israel v Palestine round 1,738,204

Social media asks for your reaction. Have you pondered why?

What do you have to do with it? Pick a side.

Would take years of study to know the story. History major are you?

By what means? Pacifism doesn’t work with terrorists. I don’t hate anyone that is peaceful in nature, but not acknowleging and confronting evil has never worked.

I’m not suggesting you don’t confront it. Nor have I suggested Hamas is anything but evil.

Actually committed pacifism can work against Terrorists. The problem is that people can't commit to it.

It can also work against Super Powers.

I think the rhetoric coming out of most government's and corporate world about standing with Israel is a good and strong message. The masses are generally stupid and like to see things as black and white and picking sides ( I stand by Israel or I stand with Palestinians/Gaza). Just see this thread . You don't want to confuse these idiots into thinking terrorism has a place in modern society. It is extremely dangerous.

Having said that, there are increased patrols at places of worship, both mosques and synagogues. A sign that there are threats all around. Not sure the strategy of appeasing the dummies is working as people are becoming polarized due to the side picking. Strange times ahead indeed.

6000 bombs dropped in the span of a few days & 500 children killed. The Israeli president has justified this atrocity by claiming there are no innocent civilians in Gaza.

Tone deaf or simply desperation? They have a right to exist.
