i think they are in a good spot, the contract doesn't hurt the team, just is wild to be paying $40M+ for him, then again we paid $40M+ for Westbrook and Wall. Not my money, but insane amounts of cash going to people who do little for us.

 

Im sorry I really dont like when people try to rewrite history Stone didnt decide to tank until Oladipo said no and wanted to go to the heat. First off he didnt know harden wanted out when he got SIlas so why would he be planning on tanking? Im sorry thats just factually wrong.

We still have a lot to do to improve on turnovers (22) and 3-point accuracy (14-40, but outside of Jabari, our starters didn't make one). This is a steady improvement, but let's keep it going.

 

As well as FVV played this game, the Amen + Jalen backcourt to start the 3rd quarter was a thing of beauty.

 

They didn't just pay $40 mil for him. You get the agent too (Rich Paul). This is a good move short and long-term.

 

Jabari is looking like a stud. Sengun’s defense has really tightened up. Waiting on JG to come around but year 3 of the rebuild is looking nice

It's a league wide thing that McCollum looks like Stefan Urkel. Saw they did a bit with the real Urkel. Would have loved to have seen Zach Randolph and McCollum on the same team.

 

These two games we’ve been pushing the pace and taking advantage of the crazy athleticism our guys have.

I don’t know if it’s Silas being gone, Amen and FVV replacing KPJ or what, but these last two games have been fun.

Again, only preseason and we have a really tough schedule to start this season so it’s not like my expectations are super high in terms of early wins—but the effort, the decisiveness, how loud our guys are cheering on the bench…

they turned the ball over a lot and it was a lot of unforced turnovers and the three point shooting has been horrendous. I say be cautious

I never said any of this lmaooo.

All I asked is why Cam got less minutes after playing well all offseason.

Maybe nuance is lost on you… but I can both enjoy the win, overall team and culture improvement while also questioning one specific part of the rotation.

My takeaway this game: Boban is unstoppable.

 

The plan was to tank, yes, but Silas was never the long term solution at HC. He had a chance to prove he was, but he failed, terribly. Lost the locker room, no structure, no discipline. It was bad. Good coaches tank too (look at Spurs ), he’d still be here to turn this thing around after tanking if he was in fact, a good head coach.
