Put your tinfoil hats on bois. He did it on purpose and Theis was in on it. DB had a big summer already, he's in shape and Ime needed the playing time to see other guys. DB has a newly minted Villain role to play. Idk what the fee is, nor do I care but that was a glancing blow at best. Theis wasn't really shook up or mad. DB kinda smirked on the way out. I was watching analysis of the game up tk the point and it was stated that prior to his ejection, every player on the floor for the rockets team had a play ran for him except DB. Remember he complained that in his last season in Memphis that Memphis stopped running plays for him and he wasnt very happy about that and expressed some transgression about it. Just throwing that out there for you since you already have your tin foil hat on

Lol what chess.....dude is just someone who would not change for the better. His defense comes at a price, those old Memphis fans knew it.....Rockets fans will find out one of the other way. At 27, it was not just the plays that were not run by Jenkins but also his Offense was severely on the decline in efficiency. Memphis found its scape goat. Dude fell in love with dirty plays and getting into unnecessary beef with the opposing team. It is virtually Kevin Porter Junior but the tantrums happen on the Court instead of off the Court.
Taunting and attempting to get into players' heads is a big part of his success. I have no problem with it. I think most agree a well timed technical foul can fire up a team and change momentum. But if he's out there committing flagrant fouls Udoka needs to hold him accountable. This first flagrant being an exception. I think that was the refs sending the message to tone it down.
Yeah, it was cute in the beginning. Half of the NBA figured him out...... some over the top actor with a declining offense. He probably takes out the best player with double ejections.

The reason why Team Canada sort of embraced him is because they all grew up together. And he cannot do much damage in an 8 game tournament. Rodman never cared about the crowd and the opposing team, he just went about business and then flew to Vegas and to Madonna or Carmen Elektra.
