    Should be a PSA for everybody. Half the people call him Van Fleet or abbreviate his name as "FVF". Shame, since he is a Rockets Legend and a franchise player.

    I wonder who it was who spoke to Hollins and told him to be more subdued and not scream and screech every 5 seconds over nothing.

    That was much more bearable than any game last season. Small steps to improvement.

    While it is true, most of those who abbreviate FVF or call him Van Fleet on the bbs do not get paid to say his name.

    Surely if it is one's job, one might reasonably be expected to nail the name (of an all star, championship winner, max free agent) of a guy their team has just signed?

    I honestly don't see the difference. It's like saying an engineer made a mistake adding 2+2, but so did the kid in high school. Neither one should make the mistake. It's a name... anyone can visually see... no calculations involved. Just read. lol.

    Hollins did a great job last night and we’re very lucky to have him on a local broadcast. Bunch of whiners in Houston. Still hoping to see this team pick up JVG for telecasts, but that’s probably a pipe dream.
