    Maldy's pitcher ERA is *worse* than Diaz, despite catching the team's "better" pitchers.

    Then, there's offense.

    Maldy>Diaz is one of the most insane decisions in sports history.

    It's just a "**** you, we're doing things my way" type decision, there's no actual thought behind it.


    The only good thing is that there's not that many more games Dusty can cost the Astros before he's fired.
