Ukraine will not receive any more funding and America will look like idiots to the rest of the world. The number one thing they will do is prosecute Hunter and put a full press on impeaching Joe. They will talk about weaponizing the DOJ all the while trump calls for his detractors to be jailed and everyone against him is a communist marxist and that Gen Miley must be executed...............it will be a **** show for the next year......that about sum it up?

Cheney doesn’t think Jordan will earn enough votes, but if he were to do so, she said there would “no longer be any possible way to argue that a group of elected Republicans could defend against the Constitution.”

Cheney said Jordan was part of former President Donald Trump’s plan to overturn the 2020 election.

“Jim Jordan knew more about what Donald Trump had planned for Jan. 6 than any other member of the House of Representatives,” Cheney said. “Jim Jordan was involved, was part of the conspiracy
in which Donald Trump was engaged as he attempted to overturn the election.”

Cheney said there was a handful of people, Jordan being the leader, who knew what Trump had planned on that day. Cheney said in her speech that someone needs to ask Jordan
why he didn’t report his knowledge about the events on Jan. 6 to Capitol Police.

Unfortunately, I don't think Liz has the pulse of the current republican house which is moved to the far extreme right. I do hope the House members show enough integrity to choose more wisely, but at this point they are making decisions to placate donald trump.

 

They don't even say they are the party of personal responsibility anymore as far as I can tell.... they are basically the party of trolls because of the MAGA wing.... all they want to do is cause chaos and destroy serious efforts to address problems.

 

I don't think he will make it. Extreme MAGA (~8) is a useful wing for the less-MAGA (much more than 8) wing, but its members are acting in self-interest. Unless the less-MAGA wing can reach an agreement with JJ and trust him to uphold it, they are unlikely to vote for someone who risks leading them down the path of political extinction.

 

A party full of unserious people committed to ignoring real problems that still gets votes because a lot of Americans look for (R) instead of (D).

they don't want their swing voters know that they voted for a flame-thrower MAGA like Jordan​

 

They still spend a lot of time harping on personal responsibility when it comes to issues like crime, poverty, abortion and firearm ownership.

They also still consider themselves the party of Law and Order and will still fly Back the Blue flags even as they push for defunding our premier law enforcement agencies.
