    Michael Hutchence's death sucked.

I was young but Freddie Mercury's death remains haunting...

And reading about David Bowie's last days, then all the tributes... that was sad.

I’ll throw in Lil Peep and Juice WRLD to complete the emo rap trifecta.

Mozart, too young and so much untapped potential.

I remember where I was when Michael Jackson died. I was at the gym.

John Lennon. He was gunned down in the street which made it extra shocking and sad.

Also it is my sons birthday, but many years later.
My son is also a musician, and he feels connected to him somehow.

I've been thinking about this and....none, really. It was just their time. I guess that's how I deal with death. Push it all down, it comes out with the tequila.

I was super sad when Daft Punk broke up, though.

Neil Peart - by far, the biggest gut-wrenching loss

Adam Yauch for me as well.

MCA was my favorite , most admired, and down to Earth of the Beastie Boys- my all time favorite band. His diagnosis and then death was a tough one for fans. They were in the middle of a tour and album release- and it all got cut short and then that was it. He was far too young to die at 47.
