This could end up being a good development. At worst, he provides good C/G depth or is good enough to move to LG/C with Scruggs and solve a big hole.

Good to see late rounders producing.

I said it at the time — I can’t believe we got him in the 6th round. The dude was ND’s anchor and literally never gave up a sack his entire career.

I was hoping we'd draft him in the 3rd.

He was a good college player. Notre Dame linemen are usually rock solid. He just had a lot of injuries.

I hope we move him to LG.

He stood out among the OL on Sunday, it was noticeable improvement. At the absolute minimum he should bump to LG when Juice comes back, or keep Patterson at C and bump Juice to LG. Either way they both should be playing.

Liked him more as the center for this system. Confused with the Juice pick but then won me over. From what BDN said, he can play guard just as well. So put Juice at guard. Easy fixin' just got to run it by BTH.

Curious whether he or Scruggs can play LG effectively. It's a different skillset than C.

Both are capable of playing anywhere on the interior line, supposedly. Not sure you how decide on who goes where, if you're the Texans. I guess it depends on who Stroud feels more comfortable with and who you like making line calls better.

So what you are saying is Maldonado would be his personal catcher.

    First round fatties are overrated.

Kenyon Green’s fat, always injured and overdrafted ass is offended.

What does this have to do with Kenyon Green?
Found a long term starter in the 6th rd. A great pick.

And if that solidified LG for us by putting juice there, then our new weak point becomes the aging vet, Shaq mason, not Bad..
