Can only be a good thing for conditioning/fitness. Big year for Sengun and Green this year. If Alpe's fitness/athleticism is starting to match the super-trained American kids his age then much like the other EU prospects who've taken big leaps we could be in for a special season. I feel like a big part of this year hinges on that 3rd year leap. Is Green going to get consistent to where those big game flashes are the norm? Is Sengun going to take that step from a 15pt guy to a more assertive force as a perennial 20/10/6 assists guy? If both of those things happen I can't see any argument that our rebuild isn't in one of the best positions, that's not even counting on the differences the vets will make, or our other 4 incredibly talented prospects...

I thought all Sengun had to do was sit back and relax. I thought you ATW were the one getting down on your knees doing work??

All these threads about people working and I'm sitting here on clutchfans because I'm trying to procrastinate on my work.

The good thing is he doesn’t need to be super athletic on offensive end…that’s not his game… he’s more like jokic. He’ll need it on defensive end bodying up on people.

I wasn't even talking so much in terms of "athleticism" in terms of like how fast you run or high you jump, I meant in terms of catching up to the training regimes of American athletes. Once he has that same level of strength from training people are going to struggle to muscle him on the block, which is pretty much the only hope most people in the league have of stopping him. I'm talking strength in the post rather than leaping ability. Add the more developed muscle to the top tier footwork and that's one hell of an athlete (he already posterizes people.)
