Man if I was a player that played for his organization I would ask for a trade immediately. I would be ashamed to work for loser like this. I guess. I assume he has a high-priced lawyer (no, wait a minute: this is Donald Sterling!) to tell him what to say or not say. It seems to me though that a prosecution who cared to pursue it can easily get either a solicitation charge or a perjury charge. Sterling can't have it both ways.

 

From the sound of it, it loks like Donald was that girl's SugarDaddy, rather than just a client. Apperently, he had testified that he had not had a personal relationship with her, but when confronted with evidence, he was trying to make it sound like it was "professional" relationship, rather than personal.

Solicitation of prostitution is a misdemenor, while perjury is a felony. I guess that's why he had to be so graphic...

 

Why is everybody jumping on Sterling's case? This incident shows that underneath it all, he's a pretty normal guy just like the athletes who work for him. I got mad respect for him after reading that deposition. He isn't such a coward that he's going to let a pro screw him over without suing her. Way to go.
