Not sure about wholesale changes, but there's no way in hell that missing the playoffs wouldn't guarantee a new manager. The bigger question I have is does missing the playoffs cost Espada a shot at the job and lead to Crane and Brown hiring someone from outside the organization?

I have a feeling Dana wants someone from outside the organization, regardless. As stated, I prefer someone with experience. For all that everyone is talking up Espada, how do we know he'll magically be the answer?
