I enjoy Blum and sparky. They are both mikes better than some of the guys we’ve had on the radio. I miss JD though, he was the best we ever had as a color guy. Dierker was good too.
Yeah, that's a good call. I don't dislike Maldy that much as a person, whereas I couldn't stand Gomez the player or the personality.
I remember Bell obviously, but I don't remember why he was dislikable. I just remember him being a part of the Killer B lineups. Meluskey's just a name; I don't remember him at all. But when you're a kid, you just care about the sport. A lot of the context around the athletes and the game go right over your head.

Wife’s a lifelong Cubs fan so we watch them a lot. Sciambi has absolutely ruined JD as a broadcast partner. Everything’s a stat or a comedy quip all game long. It’s like they’re auditioning for Second City.
