I stick by what I said for the most part. He is passing the rebuild with the Ime signing and drafting Amen. But let's be real here, Harden wasn't leading the Rockets to a championship after 2019. It took CP3 two more years to be healthy again in Phoenix. We know what Harden has done since. It wasnt done right and probably a year early but was gonna happen. Perhaps Tillman has learned his lesson and he'll lock in the homegrown talent if they reach their potentials

 

It's great if you're optimistic about the rebuild, I hope it works out. But people are going to get lit up if they suggest Tilman hasn't turned a conference finals team into a running joke. He likes to take credit for things; he should get credit where it's due. Tilman needs the future to rescue his past.

 

Getting to the Finals is way harder than say getting to the 2nd Round or even 3rd Round.

It takes luck and 2 of your role players from the bench blowing up as well.
