It sounds like the police does not know what happened given Kysre has NOT spoken to the police. What likely happened is that 1/ KPJ did commit domestic violence, 2/ the hospital made a police report given they erroneously decided that KPJ broke her neck. KPJ is a little dickweed who should be suspended for quite a while, but it is likely not at the stage his NBA career should be over, and have him sit in prison for 2-7 years. Kysre and her Kalabrya pretty blatant grew up in an chaotic environment and are drawn to chaotic men; Kysre may be suffering some Stockholm syndrome here and may very well try to get her beau out of trouble. At this point, the police and hospital both ****ed up severely.
How did the police fork up severely? I read the guidelines, they can arrest one party on the spot, it's within their rights.
Police conceded that KPJ didn't break Kyrsre's neck, which was their main charge. I wouldn't be surprised if KPJ sues NYPD after the fact. Do you want the police to charge you with attempted murder? Then say oops, he ****ed up days later after ending your life/career/reputation.
Yeah but it seems it was a rare case that her neck was born like it had a crack. What are the chances .... 1 in a million of humans? I pretend I have empathy with Porter Junior it is still a rare case, a slip up okay but more on the medical side. You can only see from photos which are not leaked yet, if she had bruises, swollen areas around her neck.
Some fluff piece or interview was released about Lucas putting on kid gloves for KPJ. I b****ed about it the moment I read it. The media portrayed Lucas to be the savior when I specifically said he's not a licensed psychiatrist.
You mean, she hasn’t spoken to the D.A. We know she made a “criminal complaint” to the police who responded to the 911 call. Hotel staff witnesses also found her bloodied in the hallway. The 911 call also means forensic photographers showed up to document her face, etc. and the crime scene. https://apnews.com/article/houston-...sault-arrest-f560d0198b148df4817110dd1d0c902c According to a criminal complaint, Gondrezick told police that Porter punched her repeatedly in the face with a closed fist, causing an inches-long gash above the right eye, bruising and substantial pain to her face. Gondrezick, 26, said Porter also wrapped his hands around her neck and strangled her, causing her to have difficulty breathing, redness and bruising to her neck, and loss of motion to her left arm.
It was pretty clear that a lot of his anger issues very likely stem from the death of his dad. His GF's dad also died which left her with emotional and mental issues, which drew her to Porter Jr. Lucas should not have been credited or blamed for Porter Jr. That is just my take. He shoul have been cut or released long time ago.
She didn't give any statement at the police station. But I doubt that she would be totally silent to the police when they arrived at the scene finding her bloodied. It's not like they arrested the guy long time after the fact. It was a response to 911 call.
Lol. Can’t wait to jump out the 1st minute there seems to be a “good” news about KPJ? Pathetic. He still hit her in the face. He’s still a wife beater regardless of whether he broke her neck or not.
And he is sort of a leech and a pretender who still used his ex's credit cards while having a new girl friend. And being an NBA player. Unheard of.
I mean going to lengths defending him before this incident is one thing, but after it those Stans still want to die on this hill? SMH
I played the new 2k this morning sans KPJ and it was great. This is a distraction that needs to go away. And by away I mean jail. We have so much to be excited for this season. Bari and Tari are gonna be a thing. VanVLEET! and Brooks are gonna be a thing. And you know Jalen and Sengun are gonna be a thing. These are great times to look forward to.
KPJ was kind and thoughtful enough to not break her neck while strangling her…lol at the lynch mob who jumped to conclusions
“Y’all ran with the narrative (what the DA said)! Y’all some dumbass MF!” “He didn’t break her neck! Make your apology as loud as the disrespect!” “I’m not saying it’s right but but but he had a tough upbringing! Are/were you a saint? I thought so!” —a few idiots …as Rafael and Tilman sit quiet and attempt to trade his contract. I wonder if it was their daughter, would we still get all these excuses and silence?
TBF silence is mandated by NBA. I feel for the tough upbringing, about 3% of how I feel punching, bloodying a woman, a human being.
so you're resorting to the "trust me bro" argument? Cause no matter how many times I took a look around, there is not half of the NBA players with women calling 911 on them. I'm not gonna say all these other guys are saints and they don't conduct any sort of violent behavior in their homes, just that they never reach the level where they get 911 called on them. When you do this at a hotel with lots of people as potential witnesses, you are a different level from regular people
