I like Lucas, I think his story is an awesome reclaimation story. In 1986, he was on the tailend of his career but a very important piece to the Rockets. He fail short once again and caused the Rockets a championship. Im curious to see how the NBA and the Rockets handle these situations

This. The issue isn’t that Stone traded a second rounder for Porter. The problem is hubris and narcissism by Stone. The Rockets (through Stone) condoned anything Porter did. They made excuses and the GM had a separate set of rules for him. All because the GM wanted to be the “Porter whisperer”, that he was so brilliant he would find his own Harden. The experiment should have ended when Lucas told them Porter didn’t want to change and was a bad guy. There were no boundaries established, no lines Porter couldn’t cross. Jerry West having an ego or Popovich believing he can get through to players is one thing — you can at least understand where the over confidence comes from. Stone? He hasn’t done a damn thing and really believed he could just force Porter to change. The Rockets don’t need someone that arrogant and divorced from reality to be running their basketball operations. What makes it worse? Stone takes zero accountability, so he won’t learn from this most likely.

If you put Porter Junior and Kalabrya Gondrezick Haskins, sister, in a room, you would see that those 2 are not just knuckle heads but special characters. And the whole neck vertebra, congenital crack is also a major twist that is not happening in every case. If it was not so serious and most things are exaggerated, why this sudden hush up. And the NBA needing 1-2 weeks investigation for a regular DV case. They are together since February 2022 so that made it 19 months - it is not short but also not a long relationship where you know your partner well. He had a run in with Lucas and left at half time, that had to be shortly before his relationship began. People say the whole time line till now is because his GF had a good influence on him but that is also the time gap that most things were kept secret.

So he basically kicked out Simone in February 2022 and put Ky Gondrezick in his home very abruptly. He basically continued to use the credi cards of his Ex for months being an NBA player that he was. It is talking about Kysre having mental illness issues because of her dad passing so she took the break from the WNBA and that is when she got together with Porter who had this lawsuit.
