KPJ had to get a manicure the next day. Nail polish came off… KPJs lawyers are going to win this case.

I’m anti KPJ but normal guys are not doing that. If you are locked out of your own house or hotel, you’re not saying well gee, time to pay for a hotel or call up a friend at 3 am. Surely you’re not crashing at a McDonald’s either lol.

Ya, he has more options because he can call up his agent or agent friends (he is an NBA player and people are more inclined to help him)....and more money than the normal guy.

So I am implying he is stoned, high or spazzed. (not sure drunk) Or he is just the sociopath everyoe says he is.

Let me say this, he has more resources but he is dumber than the normal guy.

It's generally accepted that many NBA players grew up in some form of poverty. Harden for instance had a troubled childhood too. So the question is how come 99% of those players growing up in similar environment manage to not be KPJ or Miles Bridges? You are saying that those 99% of the impoverish kids who become NBA players are the exception to the rule, while the few people like Bridges or KPJ are the norm. Does this mean any logical sense to you or anyone else?

Or is it simply more likely that being impoverished doesn't lead you to be a violent human being. But being a bad person does.

For every example of a person whom you say is a good example, there is a a person who is troubled. Trust me its more than KPJ and Bridges out there.

A quick example is the lovable Charles Barkley. Barkley early on was a bad boy, beating up people in bars, throwing people out of windows, spitting on people, going to jail but now he's a lovable TV personality.

Charles Barkley is still a mixed bag, he got into good graces before TNT, in Space Jam and as good friend of Michael Jordan.

They probably had a falling out since then.

Barkley is funny but he is obnoxious at the same time, I believe he used to hate Yao Ming.

Just simlarly to Shaq being popular but also belittling people, mocking people.

Most of those TV personalities are mixed bags with flaws. Would not read too much into them.

Not saying two wrongs make a right but like I said earlier. This is the very same organization that traded KPJ. Now lets see how they handle this situation.

Yes, but you could fill a book or an auto bio with what Shaq and Barkley had going on in their careers.

    With their flaws.

The boring office guy probably an affair with the secretary, closeted gay coming out at old age is about everything.

No one cares what they say, this is about contracts and truth now - all the outside noise,.....NOW, us as fans, doesn't matter....it will be solved by contracts, law enforcement and the 2 people involved.

None of us know what happened as what has been reported - as usual is sensationalized, and may or may not be true.

No matter what though, the Rox should get rid of him.....even if they have to cut him.

I understand your disdain for KPJ. You supported him when many would not, now this.

But as you stated earlier, no one know what really happened except the 2 people in that room, the police, the NBA and the Rockets.

I'm curious to see what the end story is myself. But if Cleveland's GM who was just charged with DUI is found guilty and allowed to keep his job and KPJ's charges are dropped, as it is looking like, what do you think should happen?

You are minimizing it. All the people who said they aren't are and the idiots all over the internet are hearing "he didn't hit her at all" and most KPJ fans are saying to themselves "yes he's gonna get off" its disgusting. This is why the rockets needed to drop him before he pulled some bullshit like this. They are still fumbling **** still.

Regardless of what law enforcement or the courts say he needs to be gone. A good lawyer can manipulate the courts. Whats sad to me is that if they keep this up he might get less punishment then a guy who only cheated on his fiance lol

I am surprised nothing of that footage has leaked yet, normally they are pretty fast with that.

Not a photo of any bruises.

The DA is pretty discreet here, which is not bad.

The end "story" is gonna be whatever the girl and her lawyer make up to minimize it. "it was a quick fight" "he didnt break any bones" "I swear this has never happened before" "he is a great person I promise, dont take away his money."

Rockets keep John Lucas as a coach because of his ability to relate to, understand and communicate with troubled people.

Rockets trade for Kevin Porter Jr. and ask Lucas to mentor him and get to know him.

Lucas realizes Porter Jr. is a terrible person and a sociopath.

Lucas tells the coach and GM multiple times that Porter is a bad person and a bad influence on the team and coddling him will only make it worse.

GM and hapless coach don’t listen because of ego and promote player as a leader and give him a different set of rules.

Lucas tells newspaper reporter that Porter is a problem. GM doubles down and gives Porter a contract to show he “fixed him”.

    Porter tries to kill girlfriend.

Stone hides and takes ZERO accountability while his wife posts cryptic crap about it, and doesn’t discuss her husbands part in all this.

Lucas didn’t put on “kid gloves”. The GM is the one that put on the kid gloves and encouraged his follower coach to do the same. Lucas wanted to punish Porter and eventually told the front office that Porter was a bad guy and wanted to be a bad guy.
