An uncooperative victim wont cause this case to be dropped, not with this physical evidence, and the victim testimony already on record. she can’t drop this case. She has no authority to do so. She’s not making the DV charges; the state is. The state is the only ones allowed to drop DV cases like this.

Yeah, he can play overseas, I do not think it is over for him per se. But I would still advice him to seek help or make amends. He turned into a monster sort of. He has to find his human part but this time for good.
