Nah I'm numb to the Texans.. I hope to be all-in in the near future though.. Right now, I'll take good showings with a few Ws.

 

I know it's probably a chance in a million, but I would love nothing more than to shock the NFL with a huge upset to start the season. I'd love to see our team shove a foot in the mouths of all the doubters we've had to stomach for years.

My second big thrill would be to see Anderson and crew knock Watson flat to the ground a time or two, and to see him scramble when pressured and throw right into our hands, and give us a nice little early Christmas present with a Texans win.

Just a dream, but I like it.

I'm so sick of hearing about injuries. This franchise was/is snake bit. I'm hoping that changes this year but so far...

 

When Kenyon Green was put on IL for the year, Caserio intimated that the team knew this was a possibility months ago. Now, with Howard having this injury a month ago now and going on IL for the first 1/4 of the season, I question how effective and proactive he has been in preparing for the season. If there was a possibility in May, or June that Green was an issue, why not get another more established guard, or center?
The more I look at Caserio, the more I think he is in over his head. Am I overreacting?

He did an interview on 610 a couple days ago and basically said there isn’t that much offensive line depth around the league and they just weren’t able to get a better option at that time.

Very interesting stat that confirms that Davis Mills was particularly inaccurate when throwing to Nico last year. Nico had the 2nd highest percentage of passes thrown to him that were uncatchable. If Stroud can consistently be more accurate, Nico has a real chance to have much more production.
