    Of course Seattle is already up 1-0 after the first. It seems like they score every inning against these awful teams. I’ll be so glad when the Mariners have to play a real team again. 13 of 16 against the 3 worst teams in the AL, then they follow that with 3 at the Mets. However, their September schedule is really brutal. Just keep pace for now.

    7 of the last 10 for the Mariners are against the Rangers. And sandwiched in between are the Astros.

    If we just keep pace with them, we should overtake them in September. The Astros have a stretch coming up with 9 out of 12 against the A's and Royals.

    On a side note, it sure looks like the Astros have done away with the double-digit run curse.
