There is an addiction to incel 15-25 year old males online to be very concerned about the pay scale of women vs men in sports. Like a couple of women say they want more pay and it creates an army of incels conversing about how little revenue they generate. It's sad because they sound like active shareholders who are trying to maxamize their own profit where they have personal stakes in this pat debate. But no... they are just that insecure that anytime women sports come up they b**** about a couple of women asking for more pay. It's kinda pathetic. In actuality, she was right as women now get an equal share of WC money as the men do. The total share of the USA men's and women's winnings are added together and split evenly between the teams. This went into effect this year.

There are two schools of thought when it comes to the "value of a worker". The first school of thought is our current system where the value of a worker is determined by the value seen by the owner/shareholder. The other school of thought is that the value or worth of a worker is based on the time and dedication personally spent on their craft. A woman athlete might see themselves working as hard and dedicating as much sweat and hours as men do in their craft and believe they should be paid the same. I get it from the standpoint of both the owner and the worker.

I agree with what the guy in the video said. When it's comes to sports and entertainment, your pay should parallel what kind of revenue you generate. Someone that works as hard at disc golf as Rapinoe does at soccer is not going to get paid the same. Just like a male swimsuit model likely won't get paid what a female swimsuit model will. Not trying to be sexist here, it's just the facts.
