Sophomore Slump?

 

Pena is not too far behind Maldy as a major problem as an everyday player. Need to be looking at other options at SS.

Getting punked in their own house by the Mariners and just taking it. I miss the old Astros.

 

I was sitting in outfield one time and Tucker was going through a slump in like 2021, I yelled, "Hey Kyle, I got Preston on the line all the way from Korea, with some batting tips for you!" His head halfway turned and smiled, then went on to have 2 hits and went on a tear the rest of the month.

 

If he's your starting SS and batting 9th, he's not a problem.

 

Now that's proper heckling.

 

Or he’s just not that good a hitter.

 

We fight it out with the Blue Jays to make the playoffs.

 

We have too many "9th" place hitters in the lineup right now though. He's not good enough this year with all the dead weight that's been in the lineup.
