It’s a more interesting case. The classified document one is pretty straightforward. 1. Trump left office with a bunch of material He shouldn’t have. 2. When asked to return it he didn’t return all of it and lied about how much he possessed. 3. The DoJ got a warrant search his property and found a lot of stuff he shouldn’t have had.
