    He had his warning already...

“I caution you and your client to take special care in your public statements about this case,” Chutkan told Trump lawyer John Lauro during the hearing. “I will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of these proceedings.”

She warned Trump that his inflammatory remarks could force her to speed up his criminal trial.

Trump appeared to test that premise on Sunday, when he amplified another ally’s attack on Chutkan, falsely accusing her of “admitting” to a plan to interfere in the 2024 election to harm Trump.

At 1 AM Monday morning, I guess his twisted mind couldn't allow him to sleep, so he was busy posting more attacks on his social media site.

Trump assailed U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan as “highly partisan” and “very biased and unfair,” citing as evidence a statement she made during the sentencing of a woman who participated in the mob that breached the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Is Trump trying to get a speedy trial or simply doing what his twisted brain impulses him to do?

Donald Trump is 77 years old and has been an adult for almost 60 years.

In those 60 years as an adult he has literally done everything he has wanted to do - and never has had to face real consequences.

He has grifted, stole money, had questionable deals - filed bankruptcy numerous times, cheated on his wives, raped his own wife, sexually assaulted women, been elected President and started a quasi insurrection - all without consequence - and right now has more of a strangle hold on the Republican party than ever before - and has basically a 50% chance of being the next President.

So why would or should Trump control himself at this point? He would be a fool to suddenly start controlling himself.

He fits the perfect definition of a sociopath/psychopath.

He CAN'T control his actions, and is incapable of remorse, admitting mistakes, or telling the truth.

It's not really about him controlling himself or not. He's an autocrat with a messiah complex. He's taunting the judges, prosecutors, and witnesses because he thinks he has the power to do so. And so far he has had the power to operate as an autocratic messiah figure because half of the country follows him as a messiah and a large enough contingent of those in power that don’t have been afraid to hold him accountable.

We’ll see two things happen or not happen:

-judges will put him in check
-American voters vote for Biden instead of putting said autocratic cult leader back in power

So it’s not really about Trump controlling anything. He’s been honest about what he’s doing for years. It’s about what the judicial system and voters are going to do at this point.

He knows the more he does this and flaunts it in everyone's face, the more the base gets fired up and his loony surrogates like Gaetz can push the envelope even further..........the playbook is so old, show the base were the victim before we even run the race, predict defeat so when it happens he can say "See, I told you they were out to get me"

Obviously were in uncharted territory and the judge has to careful not to look biased one way or the other, I think her best defense to curb this is to make this a point on why we need a quick trial. IMO there is no way she would throw him in jail for contempt of court, I think MGT and Gaetz heads would simultaneously explode.

He will talk like the BMOC right up until he has to go to court, and he can't "lie" in court as he does in the court of public opinion..........I will not be shocked if his team looks to do a deal before the final verdict is in, either before the trial or once the trial starts and ALL the evidence is presented and he knows he is ******

Why would the Fulton County DA be investigating what happened in Coffee County, GA? She has no jurisdiction unless... Trump is about to get introduced to RICO, and I don't mean Suave.

Oh I think he can control his actions - but he has no reason to, he has lived an extremely successful life by not controlling his actions.

Yes, he is likely a sociopath and I don't think he feels a lot of remorse, but I guarantee you he isn't the first President that is a sociopath and defining him as such at this point doesn't accomplish anything.

My guess is that he will die without ever really being held accountable - in part because he was a President and in part because he has nearly a 50% chance of being the next President.

He hasn't been charged in this one. I believe he is legally able to talk all the **** he wants until he is charged. This isn't the D.C. case.

Are the crimes in Georgia also under Jack Smith's indictment?
