    iirc, this would be the 2nd time in the Wild Card era that neither the Red Sox nor the Yankees would make the Postseason

    It's even more crazy to think the postseason format has been stacked to allow more teams in.
    Yankees, Mets, Sox, and Padres not making the post season is wild if it holds up
