We all know Hunter Biden is the puppet master behind both Jan 6th AND the indictment.

 

Part of our system keeps trying to do its job. It's fascinating to watch the functioning part (DOJ) interface with the completely off the rails part (basically Congress, social media, and the political parties).

It reminds of the whole thinking slow / thinking fast thing by Kahneman.

It potentially puts any other Maga who repeated the lies knowingly at risk of indictment as well.

There are a number of prominent republicans who are likely scared shitless right now.

Just saw Jack Smith’s announcement. Figured this indictment was coming and I Isu it would’ve come sooner.

 

The DOJ has been moving very slowly and cautiously. They probably want to make sure this is as airtight as possible before they go to trial.

They wanted to dump it right after the Devon Archer news and string it out during the election cycle.

Well, they had to work through the grand jury process, right? These indictments result from the work of a grand jury.

I watched the Jack Smith announcement as well, and I almost never tune in for any sort of live news. Watched some CBS talking heads, former prosecutors, analysts, etc. They stepped through the key individuals who gathered at that hotel on the night on Jan. 5, and you do have to think some of those (clowns) are ******** bricks right about now.

Smith is not playing around. I was impressed by his statement, and he clearly sees this as a necessary part of simply holding people accountable for the awful events of Jan. 6, whether you hit someone with a flag pole... or you sewed layers of lies and applied pressure to try to illegally -- counter to voter's wishes -- overturn the whole transfer of power.

 

Would think Eastman, Rudy, and Bannon for sure, but we'll see. Good lord what a **** show.

 

They should meet up at the four seasons to strategize against the deep state.
