Why not pinch hit the faster runner dubon first to stay out of double play then Diaz after. I know it didn't work out either way but Diaz isn't scoring from first on a double.

Not a surprise at all. I knew we were gonna disappoint in this series. On the plus side, Javier looked better. The team just can’t hit that next gear and take advantage of opportunities.

Once Pressly gave up that leadoff double to Siri, you knew it was over. That was the only time I yelled at the tv tonight. I knew that was it.
I mean Pressly sucked but the Rays manufactured a run in the end and our vaunted offense was sleep walking through most of the game. The offense needs to wake the F up to also let the bullpen have a bit of a breather.
It’s not like the Rays throw a bunch of stiffs either. This is how good teams win games. People here should immediately recognize that.
Don’t fault Presley at all. He’s 4 appearances passed the appearances he didn’t need. He’s gassed. The offense isn’t getting big enough leads and the pitching isn’t holding leads.
