KVH easily. Webber and Peja are horrible in the clutch, but their production drop off in the playoffs really isn't much (2 points per game?). Marion's numbers don't look good, but he's also been something of a victim in the playoffs by his own PG. He's definitely a guy that relies on the Point to get him the ball. Evan
For Peja, it's about 3 or 4 points per game, discounting his rookie year where the Kings didn't make the playoffs. The real dropoff is in his FG% and 3ptFG% though. His FG% drops from 48% to about 41%, and his 3ptFG% from 40% to 35%. It's baffling how once the playoffs hit, the best shooter in the NBA becomes a very mediocre one.
KVH and Peja are strong candidates, but nobody has the solid body of work, year in, year out, that Uncle Cliff has. At some point in his Blazers years, it was just painful to watch him, the guy definetely has a mental block about the postseason.
