Roughly 6 in 10 likely voters say the Supreme Court faces a legitimacy crisis, according to new polling from progressive firm Data for Progress. Sixty-two percent of likely voters in the poll said the court is imposing its political agenda on the American people, including 48 percent of Republicans.
