    We may actually be 6 games back of the Rangers going in to the series against them. That is a very distinct possibility

    It doesn't matter what the Rangers do because the Astros are incapable of taking care of their own business. Astros just not good enough right now.

    Iono why ya'll keeping track of Rangers, Astros aren't catching them... Its Dusty's dream for The Astros to get in via wild card...... Its the only way we make the post season....

    No way no how we are catching them. We just show up with not a care in the world. We will probably still have zero sense of urgency with a month left in the season.

    Yup, I vaguely remember Dusty saying at the start of the season that his goal was to stick around and hopefully make a strong enough finish to get in via wild card and go from there. The division is over, I just hope they make some moves. This is embarrassing.

    People were assuming this team would just waltz through the Rockies and A's coming up. With the collapse on this past Sat. and just the inconsistent brand of baseball this team has shown, no one should be assuming anything but more inconsistency. Without that long win streak earlier in the year this team is a .500 team.

    Bard is one of the 2 elite relief pitchers I would like is to target. The other being Graveman. I think we can get both pretty inexpensively.
