    my guess is Jock Landale
    - might play a role like A.Gordon
    - have a feeling we get another center
    - might come out with Bari ---Bari playing stretch center

    Tari backup at SF

    Uncle Jeff plays sporadic minutes

Interestingly, Cam and Amen both measured 6’5.75” tall w/o shoes at the combine. Amen definitely longer wingspan, and I agree he looks taller by the eye test, but I assume the combine measurements are legit.

I think it will be interesting to see if Cam has the handle to play SG, I assumed SF was the more likely positon, and I’d think 6’6” with maybe a little more growth wouldnt rule him out of playing there.

I think Jabari and Tari will share duties at the 4 and both will get between 20 and 29 minutes per game. The exact minutes split will depend on who's playing better, Ime seems very meritocratic in that regard.

All the minutes 1-3 will be taken up by FVV, Amen, Green, KPJ, and Brooks, with Whitmore filling in for injuries. Tari won't play at the 3 spot this season.

No issues at all with Cam at the three. That’s exactly where he should be. He may be taller than Brooks.

Right now Tate is the backup and he’s 1 inch taller than Nix. Eason is the backup small forward. We need a taller backup power forward.

Guys are going to play more than 1 position. It’s ok.

Eric Gordon => Any remember this guy from the “way back machine”?

Christain Wood was the name I was trying for

    (Numbers rounded up)
    Ant Edwards: 6’4” 225lbs 6’9” wingspan
    Cam Whitmore: 6’6” 235lbs 6’9” wingspan
@P3sportscience said Cam Whitmore is the closest athlete to Anthony Edwards in their database in terms of explosiveness/power according to Sam Vecenie

Cam has an excellent SG profile and to me his physicality means he can matchup with any SF. He is a wing and will play 2/3. Thompson is an inch taller than Cam (plus that 7'0" wingspan) and can easily play/defend 1/2/3.

Backup PF is basically Tari Eason. He will get 4/3 minutes. KPJ probably gets backup 2/3 minutes. I can see Tate getting some backup 4 minutes but he likely is on the outside looking in. Maybe even Jeff Green for spacing but I think the Rockets want Jeff only as a small ball 5 And I think Jabari will see a fair amount of backup 5 minutes too.
