Dusty don't like to come out and pull his pitchers in early innings. He rather let them finish the inning strong, in most case let the other team finish the Astros. The guy has to go, really have to dump him, the Maldy guy. Can't hit, can't bunt, can't throw and now can't handle the pitching staff. Too much can't do guy.

Hunter Brown threw 7 shut-out innings against the Rays, Rangers, and Twins with Diaz as his catcher.... He's barely been able to get past 3-4-5 innings with Maldy in his starts.
And I wouldn't be surprised if Maldy continues to catch him. Look, Brown needs to execute and pitch better but that's what he was doing with Diaz!

Hunter Brown is a very emotional pitcher. I can tell he gets agitated to all hell with Maldy's predictable pitch calling and bad framing. He looks like he wants to strangle someone and the more pissed he gets the more out of control he pitches. It's a negative feedback loop.
