Hi guys, anyone experienced in auto accident claims? I need some advice. My situation is I was rear ended in an major accident in a city I don't live in on the way to another state on vacation. The accident involved multiple cars, another driver is 100% at fault per the police report. My vehicle is undrivable. The driver who caused this (has well-known insurance company) is refusing to pay anything i.e. my rental car due to policy limits. I prefer to private message, if anyone has any experience with this.
